ABOUT US

Optimum Property Management Limited was formed in February 2004 by Peter Hart and Mark Crader as joint Directors. Peter Hart BSc MRICS, now owns 100% of the company and is Managing Director. He has worked in commercial property for over 30 years, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997. 

Optimum now employs 20 staff ranging from Surveyors, Accountants, a Facility Manager, front of house Concierges and Maintenance Engineers.

Optimum Property Management Limited provides a full management service for a number of clients. 

Optimum covers a full range of general practice work in all types of property, including property maintenance, lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, disposals, development as well as and most importantly general management work and service charge administration.

The management philosophy of Optimum is that proactive management is the key to both asset improvement and property awareness. Essential to the business of property management is the comprehensive knowledge of Landlord & Tenant legislation. Through our policy of continuous professional development, we are aware of the current law governing lease renewals, assignments, rent reviews and other related subjects.

SUSTAINABILITY

As part of our core duty of managed properties, we consider the environmental impact and Corporate Social Responsibility. We can undertake ‘base level’ property management environmental audits through retained consultants and consider BREEAM In Use Assessments.

We have always taken this issue seriously. As an example, back in 2006 we procured renewable energy supplies where it was sustainable to so to reduce our CO2 emissions.
