PETER HART

Peter is responsible for the Property & Asset management Operations, and formed Optimum Property Management in 2004. Peter oversees all aspects of lettings, lease surrenders, dilapidations, rent reviews, lease renewals, arbitrations, lease re-gearing, dealing with applications for alteration and assignment, refurbishment projects (large and small), administering the service charge, and rent collection. Peter has also been involved in establishing an in-house maintenance company to deal with the day-to-day maintenance of the portfolio. Peter is a Chartered Surveyor and has previously worked for The io Group, Barker Storey Matthews and Cambridge City Council.
